Mohammad Mehdi (Kumar) Karami (born October 2001 – Execution on January 7, 2023) was an Iranian karate practitioner and one of the participants in the 40th-day ceremony for Hadis Najafi and Parsa Rezadoust, figures of the 1401 Iran protests. According to the judicial authorities of the Islamic Republic, he, along with 15 others, was implicated in the death of a Basij member during the clashes on that day. He was recognized as the primary defendant in the case. On January 7, the Islamic Republic Execution him along with another accused in the same case, Seyyed Mohammad Hosseini.
